My pledge is to up my water intake
I pledge to exercise at least 3 times a week.
I pledge to make an appointment to sign up at the gym and go visit it, and to set up an exercise program.
I pledge to increase my protein intake.
I pledge to get back on track, more protein, more water. Less caffeine. Limit myself to one cup of caffeinated drink a day
I pledge to get my required protein intake daily.
My pledge is to run at least four times this week
I, Sharon M., pledge to increase my water intake to 64 oz/day. (No more cheating by counting coffee in daily totals :)
I Pam M. pledge to walk at least once a day.
I, Patricia Gustafson, pledge to up my water intake to a minimum of 64oz per day.
